Highlander Scheduling System


We plan to open reservations for some HUB and Outdoor locations for Fall 2021 as regularly scheduled.  All events will be subject to existing COVID-19 protocols, including potential cancellation.

Through this site, designated representatives may book space in Highlander Union Building, Student Recreation Center, Outdoor Lawns/Patios and Academic Rooms* for Non-Academic events. (*available evenings after 6:00 PM; weekends 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM)

Each Department and Registered Student Organization (RSO) has designated members with access to reserve rooms.  RSOs must designate at least one (1) Reserver online through Highlander Link.  Department Users will import from the Campus Directory.  The sign in button will re-direct user to multi-factor authentication log on.




Each Facility is unique, event requirements and policies may vary by location.  For additional assistance, please contact the appropriate Facilities Scheduling Team.
