Highlander Scheduling System

We are moving our room and event booking system to 25Live. 

Starting July 1, 2025, all [academic room bookings, student organization event requests, departmental meeting room reservations, etc.] must be scheduled through 25Live, UC Riverside’s new centralized room and event scheduling system. 

Please visit its.ucr.edu/reserve to log into the 25Live reservation system. Note that you will be prompted to enter your UCR NetID and password when logging in. Visit its.ucr.edu/25live for more information about this change, including when new campus spaces will be added to 25Live, training resources, and FAQs. 

Important Note: Upon the launch of 25Live on July 1, 2025, students, faculty, and staff will be able to view and reserve available spaces managed by select units on campus. The earliest date available for reservation is July 16. More campus spaces will be added to 25Live in the coming months.
